Stephen T. Onesti, M.D., F.A.C.S. has been elected Vice-President of Medical Staff at South Nassau Communities Hospital, in Oceanside. Specializing in spine surgery, Dr. Onesti is an attending neurosurgeon with NSPC Brain & Spine Surgery (NSPC) and serves as South Nassau’s Chief of Neurosurgery. Dr. Onesti previously chaired the Department of Neurosurgery at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences Center, Brooklyn.
