NSPC Launches ESPN Campaign with NY Host Rick DiPietro

(Rockville Centre, NY – August 10, 2026) NSPC Brain & Spine Surgery (NSPC) will launch a new audio and digital advertising campaign featuring former New York Islander goaltender and current ESPN New York host Rick DiPietro to expand its reach and inform the New York audience of NSPC’s commitment to expert care and successful outcomes for its patients.
Rick DiPietro, who co-hosts DiPietro and Rothenberg on ESPN New York, will personally speak on behalf of NSPC, and will conduct a series of interviews with NSPC neurosurgeons to inform fans and potential patients about the operative care provided by the practice’s experienced physicians.
Geo-targeted digital display ads and videos will complement the marketing campaign on ESPN.com.
“Given Rick’s personal experience with activity-related injury and recovery, as well as his long-term commitment to good health and fitness, we believe he is uniquely equipped to speak on behalf of NSPC,” asserts Michael H. Brisman M.D., F.A.C.S., the Chief Executive Officer of the Rockville Centre, NY-based neurosurgical practice group.
“Our ‘Expert Voices’ campaign will help to highlight the clinical interests of several of our neurosurgeons,” notes Dr. Brisman, “in addition to educating listeners about the conditions we treat and offer reasons to consult with one of our doctors first when faced with neck or back pain.”
