NSPC Brain & Spine Surgery Neurosurgeons to Moderate, Speak at Nassau Surgical Society “Neurosurgery Section Clinic Day” Conference  

 

On Tuesday, December 12th, three NSPC Brain & Spine Surgery neurosurgeons will participate in the first, in-person “Neurosurgery Section Annual Clinic Day” educational conference to be staged in three years by the Nassau Surgical Society and American College of Surgeon-Brooklyn & Long Island Chapter. This event will take place on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at the Garden City Hotel in Garden City, NY, from 12:00 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. Registration is required.

NSPC neurosurgeon Dr. Jonathan Brisman who serves as Chairman of the Nassau Surgical Society’s Neurosurgery Section, will act as the program’s moderator. His partners, Dr. Michael Brisman  and Dr. Xavier Gaudin will deliver presentations entitled, “Management of Trigeminal Neuralgia – Facial Pain” and “Anterolateral Approach to the Lumbar Spine: Nuances and Pearls,” respectively.

Drs. Brisman and Gaudin will be joined by three experienced neurosurgeons who will address a variety of other neurosurgical topics. These speakers are Emad N. Eskandar M.D., MBA, the Chair of Neurological Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx, NY; Jason A. Ellis M.D., the Director of Cerebrovascular and Skull Base Surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan, and John K. Houton M.D., the Director of Spine Surgery at Mount Sinai South Nassau, Oceanside, NY.
